Returns
You can return or exchange a Device or accessory of a (“Device”) for a refund (Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment) Within 3 Calendar Days (for brand new “Devices”) & Within 7 Days (for ‘Used’ or ‘Second-Hand’ “Devices”) from the date you received the “Device”, you will be eligible for a return as per the below circumstances without limitation:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In case the “Device” has been used or ‘activated’, it will be considered as ‘Used’, ‘Second Hand’, or ‘utilized’, you will not get the original amount paid when purchase was done, the current Market Retail Price will be applied based on the “Device” condition as per our sole assessment and evaluation.
- No software alteration or modification (e.g., “root” for Android devices or “jailbreak” for Apple devices).
- If the serial number/IMEI is removed from the product.
- No cracks, breaks, excessive wear and tear or other physical damage.
- No water damages.
- With all contents, undamaged and in good working condition.
- With no material alterations to the Device’s hardware or software.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Once you trade-in a device we are unable to return that device to you.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain promotional offers may require you to return all items you received with your “Device” or accessory/ies and could cause you to become ineligible for any promotional discounts.
If a “Device” or accessory/ies has any damage or does not otherwise satisfy the above criteria, BMG International General Trading LLC will not accept the return and a credit will not be issued. In its sole discretion, BMG International General Trading LLC may elect to accept a return that is missing original accessories or other components or that has damaged accessories or components, but in such circumstance, BMG International General Trading LLC will reduce the amount of your refund credit by the value of the missing or damaged items(Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment) BMG International General Trading LLC will return ineligible “Devices” to you at the same address shown on the shipping details. handling or shipping fees will be charged to you for this “Device” return (If Any).
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund, a refund will be executed as per below terms:
- In case the “Device” has been used or ‘activated’, it will be considered as ‘Used’, ‘Second Hand’, or ‘utilized’ you will not get the original amount paid when purchase was done, the current Market Retail Price will be applied based on the “Device” condition.
- We will initiate a refund to your credit card (Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment) only in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
- Refunds and exchanges will be less any rebates received and shipping costs.
- Receiving the credit depends on your card issuer’s policies.
- If the device or accessory is damaged, we will charge you the cost to repair a damaged or altered Device; or charge you the suggested Market Retail Price of a destroyed or altered “Device”, plus any shipping and handling charges (if Any).
Shipping & Delivery
In order to accommodate the volume of booked purchases from our website, and to ensure first class service, we might outsource the Shipping & Delivery service to a third party entity who specialize in such service, additional Terms & Conditions might apply as per the third party service agreement, such T&Cs will be considered as part of our polices published on this website, hence we strongly advise to visit the service provider website (or wherever their T&Cs are published) to know all the details, or you may contact them directly.

Title to Products.
